Why "Simply Asking" as a web URL for a consulting practice called "Down to Earth Consulting"?
Because, sometimes the solution does not have to be that complicated. And it should not be that hard to ask for that kind of answer.
Sometimes if someone will just speak English and take the time to help you understand your options, you can make the decision yourself and perhaps even learn to "do it" yourself. Who are you?
It is tempting to pretend that DTEC is this impressive team of people ready to serve your every need. But the truth is, I am "it" most of the time. But I think I can help. If nothing else, I will try to be honest. And if it means bringing in other help, or referring you elsewhere, so be it.
Down to Earth Consulting exists because, after years of helping people with their high tech needs in the global village, I have found that when people no longer need me, is when they truly appreciate my help. And, as a professor in a University, I am only relevant to my students if I am still relevant in the marketplace.
DTEC focuses on serving small and medium size organizations, neglected departments in larger organizations or even individual professionals. Sometimes a chat over coffee is all it takes to get to where you know what you need to know to move forward with confidence.
