Work Experience Highlights:

• Performed in IT and business roles, and non-profit administration, in English, Spanish, and French on four continents.

• Set up and implemented a tracking system and communication process to support steering committee level management of a portfolio of IT projects valued in hundreds of thousands of dollars

• Participated (in Spanish and English) as a contracted developer in large multinational team working on a multimillion dollar IT development project; learned (and developed in) three distinct programming languages / environments during about eighteen months of engagement.

• Individually created 5+ HR management systems (analysis to implementation). One was used in multiple countries; another to process thousands of job applications.

• Created a complex AI type database application that combined government supplied tax data with geographical profiling data and other mining parameters to provide a selective list of properties for investment purposes.

• Recreated a donation management database application in Paradox (Borland) with all of the “look and feel” (and most of the functionality) of the original one in Oracle; created / implemented a wide variety of single and multi-user database applications.

• Taught, trained, and used (professionally) the most popular PC-based word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database applications for almost 30 years.
